無錫市正杰系統信息技術不斷機構系中港合股工業企業，設立于20二十年1一月，公司資本860萬美圓。主要產品：齒輪增壓機裸機、系統零機械器件、球鐵鑄件、灰鐵鑄件、硬質合金鋁鑄件、高鎳鐵質鑄件、耐高溫不銹鋼鑄件和新產品新產品開發。齒輪增壓機是節水、安全的四沖程發動機機械器件制動器總成，是四沖程發動機安全合格必切勿少的機械器件，知名外市場的需用升值空間浩大。        集團公司盛產位置有二塊：一為新砌鍛壓廠房，二要機生產廠房。         20十二年采辦底盤20000M2，剛剛建立熔煉噴涂車間管理21200每㎡米，時間：江陰市錫北高新產業基地林涇新路  號。流量十分快捷，南距江陰火車時間站15KM，江陰通到張家港的錫張（錫沙） 道路在子公司以西150米顛末、錫東小道應用于子公司東側400米。20多年經過工作TS16949個人道德部件證書，子公司有機物個人道德吃妻上癮嚴酷按TS16949部件使用。熔煉噴涂車間管理部件不飽和樹脂砂、覆亞膜砂、法國東久307黏土砂主動性線四條線鑄件生廠線，20十五年全數修建后總產量鑄1.5-2千噸。        機加工車間位于無錫市錫北鎮八士金橋產業區，占用出產車間8000平方米。首要裝備：日本森精機車銑復合加工中間、美國善能珩磨機、龍門銑床、大立體磨床、洗濯機等裝備60多臺。查驗裝備：三坐標檢測儀、粗拙度儀、測繪儀等。車間員工120名，80%為大專以上程度，有豐碩的任務經歷，能出產高精度優良產物的才能。2014年發賣8000萬元，打算機加工產能1萬噸。

         Wuxi Zhengjie Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. ,which is the China- Hong Kong joint venture, was founded in 2010 November. Its registered capital is 8600000 dollars. The main products have  turbocharger parts, machinery parts, nodular iron castings, gray iron castings, aluminum alloy castings, cast iron castings, Gao Nie heat-resistant stainless steel castings and the new products’ research and development. The turbocharger is essential of parts energy saving- environmental protection internal combustion engine standard components, which has a huge potential market demand at home and abroad.
         The company production department has two parts: one is for the new casting workshop, another is for machining workshop.
         In 2012, its purchase of land is 20000 square meters. The new foundry workshop is 21200 square meters. The address is Wuxi Xibei Industrial Park, Jing new tin North Road No. 1. The traffic is very convenient --15 kilometers south from WuXi Railway Station. The road from Zhangjiagang to Wuxi is on the west side 150 meters after the company and the East Avenue is located in 400 meters east of the company. In 2010, the company passed the TS16949 quality system certification. The company products is under strictly quality control operation based on TS16949 system. Workshop has three automatic casting production line -- resin sand, resin coated sand and Japan East long clay sand 307. When it will complete in 2015, it will be an annual output of 1.5-2 million tons
         The machine shop is located in Wuxi City, Beizhen Jinqiao Industrial Zone eight tin scholar, and the production workshop occupies 8000 square meters. There are 60 Main equipments, which are Japan Mori Seiki locomotive milling compound machining center, Longmen milling machine, surface grinder, cleaning machine. Testing equipments are three coordinate measuring instrument, roughness instrument, surveying instrument etc.. There are 120 employees, and 80% of them has the rich experience of the production of high precision. In 2014, the value of the productions are 80000000 yuan, and it has the capacity of producing 10000 tons.

          Major customers are Japanese Wuxi stone sowing, Changchun Fawer IHI, Switzerland ABB, Wuxi Cummins turbocharger, France Hutchinson, Faurecia, USA lode machinery, Canadian businessmen Our company provides turbocharger parts and auto parts enterprises to them. Besides, our company provides high precision castings and parts of machinery, shipbuilding, electrical appliances and other products for the United States pall, Carter Biller, shares of BMW case, Buhler, Singapore Jingji, British Wartsila and other foreign-funded enterprises.
